What is your processing time?
Current processing time is 3-5 business days. Times may extend beyond that due to seasonality or new product drops.
Do you offer combined shipping?
We do offer combined shipping in most cases. Please reach out to us via email or chat to let us know and we will refund excess shipping costs.
Do you accept returns?
As a small business, we do not accept returns/exchanges. If you have an issue, please reach out via email or chat so we can help resolve as needed.
What happens if my item(s) arrive damaged?
In cases of damaged items, we will replace them with the exact same item after proof of damage is provided to us. We ship nearly all items in heavy-duty boxes to protect them during shipping.

Do you offer wholesale?
Currently we are not able to provide wholesale due to capacity limitations. We are hoping to increase capacity in 2025 so that we can provide this service.
Do you take custom orders?
No, we do not provide custom product services any longer and are unsure if we will bring back this service.
